Three fishermen are lucky to be alive after their boat was hit by another speedboat near the mouth of the Columbia River in Oregon last summer. Some scary video of the incident is making the rounds on the internet this week after being published by the Salmon Trout Steelheader facebook page and picked up by the Oregonian.

As it turns out, the owner of the fishing boat (still alive, mind you) is now suing the owner of the speedboat for over $372,000 in damages, according to Oregonian.
