Professional Experience

Mr. Anibal started his professional experience in MLS & ASSOCIATES as Paralegal while he continues his university studies to obtain his degree in Law and Political Science. He currently supports in the requests for registration of vessels under Panama flag, obtainment of provisional and permanent navigation documents, entering data for issuance of technical certificates of vessels such as: Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage (BCC), Liability for the Removal of Wrecks(WRC), Liability for the death of and personal injury passengers (PAL), Continuous Synopsis Record (CSR), Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance Part I (DMLC), Financial Security in Respect of Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage (CLC), Minimum Safe Manning MSMC (Cargo Vessel/ Passenger/ Supplier Vessel-Tug Boats). Also, assists in the drafting of Public Deeds, formal writs, among others.
