Isara Tello is an Associate Attorney at MLS & Associates with over a decade of experience in maritime, corporate, and immigration law. She advises local and international clients on a broad range of legal matters, including ship registration, corporate structuring, immigration and residency programs, regulatory compliance, and cross-border business transactions in Panama.

Her maritime practice focuses on the registration of vessels and yachts under the Panama flag, vessel documentation, ship financing and mortgage transactions, transfers of ownership, and compliance with the requirements of the Panama Maritime Authority (PMA). She also has extensive experience assisting shipowners, operators, and international clients with fishing vessel licensing, international fishing licenses, sanitary inspections, and regulatory matters before the Aquatic Resources Authority of Panama (ARAP), the Ministry of Health (MINSA), and Regional Fisheries Management Organizations (RFMOs).

In the corporate field, Ms. Tello advises clients on the incorporation and maintenance of Panamanian corporations and private interest foundations, corporate governance, due diligence, commercial transactions, and investment structures tailored to international business operations.

Her immigration practice includes advising individuals and multinational companies on obtaining residence permits, work permits, investor visas, and Panamanian nationality, and providing comprehensive legal support at every stage of the immigration process.
